We had our tasting this past weekend and found it quite easy to decide on all of the dishes. We had seven entrees to try (two beef, two chicken, two vegetarian, and one fish) and selected four to offer for the big day. Overall everything was delicious, but don't hold your breath for glazed carrots or green peas and mushrooms because they will NOT be on the menu. Everyone should be able to find something that they will like- although my brother won't be happy with the soup choice :)
The cake was ok- definitely not the highlight of the tasting. All I will say is that it will include chocolate.
